The Galaxy S10 5G will be available in the country on April 5th, The Korea Herald reports, becoming the world's first to launch a device for 5G network.

Samsung began accepting pre-orders for the device last month, and it will hit the shelves on April 26th.

Samsung's schedule came after USA carrier Verizon disclosed the scheduled launch of its first 5G smartphone service on Motorola's MotoZ3 in Chicago and Minneapolis on April 11. The US carrier will use Motorola's Moto Z3 4G smartphone with a 5G Moto Mod to launch its 5G service. With massive improvements done to the smartphone department and a ton of new innovation underway, Samsung has chose to claim 2019 all for itself. The Galaxy S10 5G is expected to be launched in a few markets outside South Korea later this year.

To maximize the benefits of this new setup, the huge display comes accompanied by a large 4,500mAh battery which should hopefully provide some fairly decent battery life results.

That being said, the most interesting revelation that comes from the latest video is the presence of a crease that divides the Galaxy Fold's display in the middle when unfolded.

It has been reported earlier that Samsung Galaxy Fold cost will be $2000. On the front, it sports an 8MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture.

On the rear panel, you'll also find some changes with the S10 now including a triple rear camera.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy Fold is supposed to be able to withstand 200,000 folds before seeing any visible repercussions, however Bloomberg suggested that users might see creases forming after just 10,000.

The Galaxy Fold runs on Samsung's One UI, a redesigned operating system that runs on top of Android 9 Pie. Most importantly, in addition to the regular rear camera, the phone features an ultra-wide sensor, a telephoto shooter, and a depth camera, that let you benefit from a 2x optical zoom, depth of field adjustments, bokeh effects, and more.
