The Duchess of Sussex reportedly told friends she wanted to raise her baby using a "fluid" approach to gender.

The parents-to-be are believed to have decorated their nursery in gender-neutral colours, selecting whites and greys rather than pinks and blues.

"There is still going to be some sort of private baby-centric event for Meghan's United Kingdom people, and Kate will host", an insider revealed to the magazine.

The vibe inside The Mark Hotel penthouse on February 20 was surprisingly intimate and warm as several of the Duchess of Sussex's friends gathered to catch up, tell stories and offer plenty of baby advice.

Markle, 37, has opted for a completely gender-neutral nursery and will avoid any "gender stereotypes" when raising their child, which reports indicate is a boy, as reported Vanity Fair on Thursday.

Meghan Markle is planning to raise her child with a "fluid" approach to gender.

A single mother has proudly showcased her new look after spending an incredible $30,000 on plastic surgery to look like the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.

That being said, Meghan has managed to travel quite a bit since, particularly this past month which included the trip to NY, followed immediately by her three-day tour in Morocco with Harry.

There has been some discussion as to what exactly Markle might have meant when she used the word, "fluid". Little by little details of the intimate gathering which took place at the Mark Hotel in Manhattan's Upper East Side, are being revealed - like all the swag her guests were treated to and how much it is reportedly worth. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pictured arriving at the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports in Rabat on February 25, 2019.

"I think William, as well as Kate Middleton, will be totally bewildered by why Meghan is doing all this, as there's no excuse for over-indulgence or excess and that's what it seems to me", claimed Burrell. "I think you just raise your kids individually regardless - like a genderless [approach]." .
