Nicholas Sparks is 'so happy' for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus has confirmed her marriage to the actor Liam Hemsworth after reports emerged they had tied the knot before Christmas.

It seems as if the rumors are true - Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are married. The global singer was seen hugging the actor in the photos shared online. She shared a series of sweet photos from their intimate, home wedding ceremony, which she captioned "10 years later".

Cyrus also shared a video of her producer Mark Ronson whistling Here Comes The Bride.

Miley posted a couple of pictures on her Instagram and Twitter accounts of the duo embracing and kissing. "I didn't know if that was the end of it, or if we'd be back together again, but knew that wherever I was going, I was on the right path".

She added the date "12.23.18" in one of her posts, in which she is wearing a long gown and Hemsworth a suit. After going public with their relationship in March 2010, the couple first got engaged in 2012 before breaking things off in 2013.

The author of the novel The Last Song, Nicholas Sparks, tweeted his congratulations to the couple. One video showed the pair in wedding attire cutting a cake around friends and family, while another showed Hemsworth drinking from a shot-ski with his father and his brothers, Thor star Chris Hemsworth and Westworld's Luke Hemsworth.

Until recently the couple lived in their Malibu home, which burned down in one of the three wildfires that blazed through California.
