Thiruvananthapuram, India - Captain Virat Kohli on Thursday picked out paceman Khaleel Ahmed and batsman Ambati Rayudu as emerging stars after India sealed an easy one-day global series win over the West Indies. Chanderpaul Hemraj has been replaced by Oshane Thomas. Pacers Khaleel Ahmed and Jasprit Bumrah chipped in with two wickets each.

The home side, led by a brisk half-century from the in-form Rohit Sharma and an unbeaten knock of 33 from captain Virat Kohli, motored to 105 for one in 14.5 overs, to wrap up the contest even before the scheduled break.

Rayudu, coming in to bat at number four, had already grabbed his captain´s attention with his fluent 100 to play a big part in India´s massive win at Mumbai´s Brabourne Stadium.

The young bowler almost had his revenge though, as Holder, at first slip, failed to grab the catch offered by the man going through a Bradmanesque phase. Bhuvneshwar Kumar got the wicket in his very first over after Windies won the toss and surprisingly opted to bat first.

India and West Indies are now playing the 5th ODI in the Series. He became the second Indian batsman to complete 1000 ODI runs in this calendar year - after Kohli - and the fastest to hit 200 sixes (187 innings, eight less than Shahid Afridi).

MAN-OF-THE-MATCH: Ravindra Jadeja. It's a 3-1 series win for the Indians!

Rohit entertained the crowd with some stylish sixes and India easily chased the target with 9 wickets remaining. The second match at Visakhapatnam then ended in a tie. The Mumbai stylist went about his usual way of scoring attractive runs.
