Former Leicester City managers Claudio Ranieri and Nigel Pearson joined the voices of condolence for the club's chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, who was killed in a helicopter crash on Saturday night.

The Algeria global scored the winning goal in the first half at Wembley and celebrated with a dedication to Srivaddhanaprabha, who was killed in a helicopter crash outside King Power Stadium on Saturday.

On Saturday, the Thai businessman was leaving the ground following Leicester's 1-1 draw against West Ham United in a private helicopter when it crashed in the arena's vehicle park and killed five people.

Police have named the other deceased as passengers Izabela Roza Lechowiczas, Nursara Suknamai and Kaveporn Punpare, plus pilot Eric Swaffer.

Vichai also had enormous impact on Thailand football, not only in the global arena, but developing Thai football and sponsoring many competitions and clubs.

Meanwhile, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) continue to conduct its investigations as it tries to establish what caused Saturday's tragedy.

Leicester's EFL Cup tie against Southampton, which was scheduled for Tuesday, has been postponed, but it remains unclear whether Saturday's Premier League fixture away to Cardiff City will go ahead.

It was under Vichai's ownership of the club that Leicester was able to produce one of the biggest fairytale wins in English football history by winning the 2015/16 Premier League title.

Tottenham matched their opponents for periods of the game but never looked threatening until the final 10 minutes when Erik Lamela missed a golden chance, blazing over from 10 yards after being teed up by Dele Alli.

"I spent four and a half years there and have many memories with him". He did a lot for me and for Leicester.

Leicester's players and staff, and Srivaddhanaprabha's family, also visited the memorial and paid their respects to the victims. From him, I have received a very big mission and legacy to pass on and I intend to do just that. "His positivity and ability to make everybody love him was clear for all to see", Ranieri, who led Leicester to the EPL title in 2016, told Sky Sport Italia.
